LOST, DAMAGED, STOLEN GOODS:

We recommend purchasing tracked shipping for all orders to protect your purchase in case of lost, damaged, or stolen goods. Please contact me if you have issues with your order.

LATE SHIPPING ISSUES:

Please note tracked shipping does do not cover late packages and we will not refund or resend your package simply because it is late. We will send a refund or replacement after your package has been in transit for 30 days.

Most of our charms are made to order and will ship within 1-3 business days 💖
